Hang in there. In not too long you'll be sleeping even less, be dealing with three kids needing you all at the same time, and plenty of guilt in not being able to attend to all of their activities simultaneously....but you won't be throwing up. And feeling a little head bobbing in your neck, hear cute little sleep noises as she dreams, listen to her snuffling as she nurses, and watching her go cross-eyed trying to focus on your face. Sweet. Worth it.
